Our analysis revealed that WoodbineHouse would provide better service and have more opportunities to cross sell with our system. A full featured, "little amazon.com" was created to suit their needs. Customers can browse the site by the directory or perform advanced searches. Customers can read book excerpts, book reviews, customer comments, and find related books and resources. The site is interactive allowing customers to contribute their comments and even email the author.
